Se houvesse manutenção, seria um excelente local para hospedagem. Localização excelente. Staff Slow and non English speaking. Breakfast Almost only sweets; cakes, cookies, deserts and so on. The breakfast area is also massively underspeced, so that one always has to queue. No healthy options and only white bread. Cleanliness Below average cleanliness. Our shower wash was empty for the duration of our stay, there was mould in the shower and our bed was made up with sandy sheets even though we put them on the floor. The fridge seal was grim and the micro waver also needed a clean. Room quality The bed broke and was not level for the duration of our stay. The aircon hardly worked. The oven did not work either. Safety Between the main corridor and our room was a small hallway. We shared the small hallway with another room. We were given keys for the door to the hallway as well as to our room that had separate locks. I fell ill (perhaps due to hotel hygiene?) and my girlfriend went out one evening and took the keys with her. The neighbour then went out and locked both their door and the door to the small hallway. Because I had a key only for our door, and not the hallway, I could not get out if I needed to. I called the reception twice and asked for another set of keys and after about an hour someone eventually showed up. They did not have spare keys for the hallway door but unlocked it for me. This is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. Os atendentes não são gentis e nem estão aí com você. Acho que uma apart hotel desse porte poderia ser bem melhor. O Wi-Fi pegava péssimo, deveriam colocar aparelhos mais modernos e para conseguir uma ligação tinhamos que sair do hotel. Vamos melhorar hotel Mandai em quesito limpeza e roupas de cama e banho muito velhas e rasgadas. Fora isso foi boa a estadia. It was really a small apartment. The 2 air conditioners worked great and the shower was great too. However, the room could use a little paint and renovation but the biggest problem was the free WiFi. This hotel is a 4 floor hotel and with all these people the WiFi was off and on all day long until midnight. Neste ano a limpeza do hotel em geral deixou muito a desejar, com a arrumação dos quartos falha, paredes do box com lodos nos rejuntes demonstrando que só se passa um paninho, chão sujo, elevadores e piscina imundos, wi-fi péssimo e por ai vai ... A sauna e hidro não estavam funcionando (desculpa foi a falta de agua em cabo frio). ora, no ato da reserva não foi informado. Deveriam comprar caminhões pipa ou descontar o valor na diária. Incrível como a administração está deixando um hotel deste nível piorar a cada ano. Pagamos um quarto com varanda, mas nos colocaram no quarto 406B minúsculo que só cabia a cama, o frigobar ficava ao lado da cama como criado mudo. O ar condicionado não funcionava. Reclamamos, mas o rapaz da recepção falou que não podia fazer nada, pois era o gerente quem resolveria. No dia seguinte só conseguimos trocar de quarto as 16h, o motivo foi que estavam aguardando qual quarto estaria disponível. O gerente demora para resolver o problema. Ficamos no 122, super grande, tinha espaço até para cozinhar. O tamanho dos quartos são muito diferentes uns aos outros. O Serviço de quarto só é realizado no final da tarde. Boa localização, fica a poucos metros do burburinho, vc pode ir a pé até o fervo, mas na frente do hotel é super calmo. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnesstudio mit Trainer. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht umgehauen, aber es ist soweit alles vorhanden gewesen. Da das Hotel von vielen Geschäftsleuten benutzt wird, kann man bereits ab 4 Uhr morgens frühstücken. Wenn man links die Straße hochläuft kommt man zu vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Dort findet man auch Bars und Diskotheken. Der Strand ist sehr groß.
