This is a wonderful hotel.The location was great and the staff helpful professional and excellent. The Dining area is lovely, offering a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times with balcony views.Easy access to transport to get around. .A excellent stay.

In every aspect a very good stay of 10 days.

This was one of the best boutique hotels that I have stayed in. The entire staff is extremely kind and generous, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. We had to leave early on our last day and when I asked about taking a small breakfast with us, they offered to pack a full breakfast for us and they did exactly that. My son and I appreciated that so much as we had a long day of travel ahead of us. The location is perfect for getting around the city and for accessing all the amazing transportation options that Bilbao offers. If you’re looking for a large hotel with a gym and other large communal spaces, this is not that, but if you’re looking for an intimate, private – feeling hotel, where they get to know you individually, you should definitely stay here. I can’t recommend it enough.
