"Great customer service, everyone is extra helpful. We checked in 2 hrs early, no extra charge. We checked out at 12 and they held our luggage for a couple more hours free of chart too. Juanito was awesome. Pool is small, only couple launch chairs. Convenient location. 711 store at the corner, dominos pizza next door, lots of restaurants around the plaza, short walking distance. If needed, cabs/taxi available right outside. Only bad thing, it’s the water! It has a white-cloudy look with a foul smell but I believe it’s an issue everywhere!"

"The room was great, clean. Bed - VERY FIRM. Bathroom- Shower is so powerful water leaks all the way out to the room. Elevator- Only the right elevator leads to the lobby, so if the left elevator opens you have to send it to a another floor in order to call the roght one to be able for you to leave. Money safe- it worked great only that is as light as my purse and you can literally walk away with it. The views GREAT. Typical traffic, not to crazy. Walking distance from EVERYTHING. Janitorial staff AMAZING. Gentleman who helped carry our luggage - SUPER AMAZING. The front staff?-- Not so friendly. Not super welcoming. The other staff had better customer service that the front staff. Still okay nice, but as a front desk, better guest services would be more appreciated."
