The staff is outstanding in happy their energy. Being a river resort it is a little rustic which makes the place very special but there will be issues like water leaks, a malfunctioning safe and one morning we had no hot water but those problems were promptly resolved by their maintenance almost immediately after reporting the issues. I’m sure it is quite a struggle to keep a place like that next to the river clean and operational. The breakfast buffet included was also very good. I highly recommend the Loboc River Resort. We stayed 3 nights in early January 2025\. No mosquitos or snakes but lots of small lizards which give authenticity to the resort.
