The apartment has an open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and a balcony, a short stroll to a large green park. Summer Central is reasonably priced for a couple, or family to enjoy a holiday in Byron. There is a single lock up garage. An easy five minute walk will find you in the centre of town, ideal for shopping, enjoying the cafes and restaurants or catching a movie at the cinema. Belongil Beach and Main Beach are just a ten minute walk away. Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire. This property is not suitable for pets.
