We spent a few wonderful days in Byron Bay with them. The accommodations were spacious. It wasn't clear from the listing that one of the bedrooms was a loft--this was a bit of a problem for privacy, but worked out. I know each apartment is individually decorated, I wasn't super impressed with the condition of the apartment we stayed it. It was fine. But clearly in need of some updates. The beach was an easy walk from the hotel. Mooi appartement, zwembad, strand, Oceaan, loopafstand centrum, leuk personeel, leuke plaats en ga maar zo door, fantastisch ##### Ronald Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2025 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Kazuya 22 Feb 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication 2週間のオーストラリア旅行でシドニーの次に滞在しました。 当初はゴールドコーストを予定していましたが、友人の勧めでこちらに滞在。 結果は最高でした ・広い ・きれい ・キッチン広い ・冷蔵庫大きい ・湯船がある ・洗濯機付き ・バーベキューコンロあり（共用） ・海まで1分 ・バイロンベイ中心地まで徒歩1分 ※中心地は結構ガヤガヤしているので静かでちょうどいい バーベキューコンロで調理して、そのまま外のテーブルで食べられてたりとおおよそ一軒家で夢見るような生活が可能です。 またゴールドコースト方面に行くことがあればリピート確定です 皆さんに行って欲しいので現地で困ったことを共有しておきます ・日曜日は12時以降レセプションに人が居なくなります。 事前にメールでやり取りをして指定の場所で鍵を受け取りますが、デポジットのカード決済が出来ていないと現地から電話でやり取りになります。 英語が不得意、電話がデータ通信のみだったりすると冷や汗をかくので、チェックイン直前はメールのチェックを忘れずに。 ・駐車場が建物の地下になってます。ゴールドコースト側から来るとレセプションの看板の先にあり、どこにあるのかわらなくなるので、先にチェックインをしてから駐車場に移動させます。 ・敷地内からビーチに出る扉の鍵が壊れてました。（たまに開けられました）戻ってこられなくなった人が外から助けを求めるシーンが多々あったので気をつけてください。 自分たちの滞在中は気付いた宿泊者が開けてあげたりしてました。 多少トラブルも有りましたがスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく総じて最高です。 ファミリーでゆったりとした休暇を過ごしたい方や、サーフィンしたい方などには超おすすめです。 ##### Kazuya Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2025 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 9 Jul 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication Great location in beautiful Byron Bay for our family.
