Such a lovely place to stay. Super friendly staff, perfect location, so close to the beach, cafes, shops etc. Our beachfront studio was gorgeous, comfortable & spacious. Loved the plunge pool & private deck area. Would definitely love to stay again. xx

Our room was full of mosquitos we couldn't sleep all night and we got itchy bites all over when we complained they only were sorry and they were surprised that there was mosquitos!!!which i did not believe anyway i was hoping to get a discount or refund for the terrible night but

Dear Ramzi,You complained to us about flies, not mosquitos. You never said anything about being bitten or being kept up all night. You were advised that you were on a discounted rate. I called and spoke to someone after departure to discuss your concerns directly with you and was advised by the gentleman I spoke with that everything was fine. We don't have screens on our rooms so flies could very well could have flown in the room. As advised, this has NEVER been an issue before and also as was discussed, an unusual amount of flies have been around across the town at the moment everywhere, presumably as a result of the heat wave.I do not accept a rating of 3 due to flies in your room, particularly in light of your now changed story and the fact that you have stated you were chasing money, sorry.Kind regardsHelen BuckleyGeneral Manager

Fantastic place with everything we needed. Staff were super nice and got a very nice surprise to be upgraded to the penthouse. The rooftop pool was awesome looking over the beach. Will definitely be going back again.

Our room was very spacious and had great amenities like a coffee machine and good wifi. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom spacious - great water pressure! The suites are located so close to beach and right in town which means we could park the car and walk everywhere. Parking underneath meant no worries with car. The only set back for us was that our room (no 9) had a resident bush turkey nesting in the garden which meant we couldn't use that area.

There is a brush turkey that has decided to make a nest on our garden and I'm sorry to read that you felt you couldn't use your courtyard. We tidy the pavers of the over spill from its nest making up in the actual garden bed, every time we have access to your room as part of our daily servicing. Byron Bay at It's Best
Byron Bay is a must, and Beach Suites is an optimal place---amazing location, great comfort and space, and the individual pools are incredible. And if you like to surf, Main Beach can have a fun break right in front of the hotel.

Fabulous! Every single aspect of our stay was wonderful. Location across the street from the beach, quiet, the room was big and beautiful, even their car park is amazing - def coming back and highly, highly recommend!!

The suite exceeded our expectations! Very personal service & attention to detail that made our stay the perfect get away. We didn’t want for anything!!! Much more than we were expecting. Underground carpark is great, room was much much bigger than expected and perfect location. Walking distance to everything you need, beach and shops. Wouldn't think twice about staying again.

Whats not to like! Location to the beach, shops, cafe's and restaurants is wonderful. Park the car in their secure car park and just walk. Return to your suite (It really is sound proof) and relax in the comfort of the lounge or have a lay down on your pillow-top bed. The kitchenette comes complete with a well appointed full fridge and freezer (which has the best ice maker), microwave and dishwasher. So you can cook if you like but we found no need. The icing on the cake as they say has to be the staff. For me, unparalleled in all areas of service in over 40 years of staying in accommodation. (I travel for work 20 weeks a year)

In the middle
Beach Suites always provides us with a great stay. The rooms are always clean & spacious. No need to drive around town as you are in the heart of Byron right on the beach. Staff are very helpful & we stay here whenever we are in town

Such a lovely place to stay...even on a very rainy weekend. Very thoughtful, quality coffee, robes, umbrellas etc all supplied. Beautifully presented..with a twist of history. Lovely.

Came here for a beautiful romantic getaway for my anniversary and it was exactly that and more! We got upgraded to the penthouse suite and it made our trip 100x more special! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the suite was amazing, incredible and so so big and spacious! The view was unreal and the private rooftop pool was the highlight! We made sure to make use of it and it was so much fun. It was the best place I have ever stayed! We made so many great memories on this short trip at Beach Suites in Byron bay and I couldn’t recommend it more! I hope to come back again one day!
