Great location but the communication was poor. I asked questions during my stay and got no answers for three days.

The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Bylany travel package?
Don't worry if you're rethinking your Bylany travel package — it's possible to change or amend your booking. And if you've booked it within 24 hours, you may be able to do it at no cost.
