Property located in the district of Braga which is 2.5 km from the center of Cabo Frio. There are also three beautiful beaches very close (Praia do Forte less than 1 km, a few meters from the Rocket Beach and 5 minutes from Praia das Dunas) and easy access to Arraial do Cabo.
