Não tem estacionamento para todos os carros. A casa estava muito suja quando chegamos e tivemos que esperar um tempo antes do caseiro chegar e nos dar essa notícia, mesmo cansados da viagem tivemos que esperar. Não tem utensílios, os colchonetes são muito finos (não dá pra passar 10 noites sem o mínimo de conforto) e a beliche estava quase desmontada. Ficamos na primeira casa, então não tivemos nenhuma privacidade. A Tv também não funciona, entre outros problemas. ##### Ana M. Pontos Negativos: - Colchão de solteiro fino demais (graças ao zelador conseguimos mais 2 colchonetes). - Poucos utensílios domésticos e nenhum eletrodoméstico além da geladeira e do fogão. - Alguns utensílios de cozinha enferrujados, um garfo quebrou fácil. - Faca da cozinha não corta, não tinha faca pra descascar fruta de casca grossa (tipo abacaxi, levei o liquidificador e a coadeira de casa, mas pensei que a faca ia ter). - As almofadas na foto da sala no anúncio, não estavam lá. Fez falta pois não levei travesseiro. Apesar de estar no anúncio que não tem roupa de cama, não custa nada por travesseiros e forros para as camas, pra gente não ter que carregar tanta coisa de casa Sugestão: Colocar ventilador de teto em pelo menos um quarto para diminuir o volume de bagagem dos hóspedes Ter uma caixa de fósforos para o fogão. Só alguns pontos são o chuveiro que saia pouca agua pois estava quase todas as saidas entupidas e a falta de cortina na casa 1\. Só tinha cortina em uma quarto. Não fica próximo as principais praias da cidade, mas para quem está de carro o acesso fica fácil. Achei o trânsito da cidade muito intenso, pode ter sido devido a época que estive lá. Uma sugestão para o proprietário da casa é a instalação de ar condicionado e microondas, no verão a região é muito quente e o ar condicionado forneceria mais conforto para os hóspedes. O microondas iria ajudar muito na preparação de lanches rápidos. Destaco o atendimento do caseiro da casa, muito atencioso e prestativo. ##### Douglas Eustáquio d. Eu, minha esposa e nossos filhos adolescentes ficamos muito bem acomodados. O local nos pareceu bem tranquilo. Não é de frente para a praia, mas para quem está de carro o acesso às praias da cidade não é problema. As distâncias são pequenas. A negociação foi simples e rápida.
