Don't get me wrong--it's basic, but it does the job. Family of five stayed comfortably for a week and really enjoyed it. There's only one indoor shower, but the outdoor shower works well. The kitchen is stocked well enough though definitely check to make sure they have the pans you need before shopping. If you're looking for comfortable, quiet, functional and super close to the beach this is perfect. It's a nice location--walking distance to a few restaurants, and a quick drive to many others. VERY short walk to a fantastic beach. It never got very crowded and there are several protected areas nearby.
