Kim was the perfect host from her communication before our arrival to our welcome on arrival, her hospitality during our stay and our farewell. "Very spacious family room. My children really enjoyed the kids’ room, and I loved how quiet and peaceful the place was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and has many great features, including a BBQ area, fireplace, and more. I would definitely stay here again. The only areas for improvement were the cleanliness in some spots (such as cobwebs and dust). I understand this can be expected to some extent for a property located in the mountains. I also noticed some noise from the water pipes at night, and I could hear when other guests were using the shower, which was a little disruptive. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return."
