"Hotel is well located and in good condition. Beautiful decorations and clean . Staff are helpful and available. My room was comfortable, with good amenities and all of them functional . Breakfast very good . They have a restaurant beside, with a menu and staff- only available in Russian language . The only problem I had was with the payment , I had to pay in cash as their card terminal was out of service. In general terms, it was a good experience and a nice hotel ."

"Exceptionally maintained, unique property - hosted in a family house, capturing family history and family relics but with all modern amenities in the room. I absolutely loved this property, definitely my favorite in Uzbekistan (and very much up to “western standards” minus accessibility but, unfortunately, that’s the nature of the beast in old town guest houses). "The location for this hotel is absolutley fantastic, i would book this agsin just for the location. It is in the centre of the unesco heritage sites and ancient trading domes. The taxi can come right up to the hotel unlike some other hotels which are on narrow pedestrian only streets.
Some things to think about...
* cash only hotel- does not accept cars
* Mwhrob charged more on arrival than what hotel.com stated on confirmation reciept. This was because tax has increased and hotels.com has not...

10/10 Excellent
Umid was an absolutely impeccable host. He made us feel right at home and was incredibly helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms well decorated and comfortable. Best breakfast in Uzbekistan!
