I was able to check into my room early and found it very pleasing. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with full amenities. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quite walkable to see the major sites as well as several dining options. Public transportation is nearby as well. And the rooms are reasonably clean. But the hotel management is bit problematic. They want to charge you for everything. Such as they time you on the treadmill. If you use more than 30 minutes they want you to pay for it. They also advertise that they have a fitness center. That is not correct. It barely deserves 2 stars, not 4\. There’s no elevator, and our room was on the third floor—we had to leave most of our luggage at reception as no help was offered to carry it upstairs. The room lacked basic amenities: no fridge, no cold water, and the mattresses were among the worst I’ve ever experienced. We even requested breakfast lunch boxes since we had to leave early, but the staff completely ignored our request. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
