Rooms themselves are good - Very clean and perfectly adequate for one or two nights. The issue is everything outside the rooms which is dark and dated and somewhat run-down

It’s close to the town center but very noisy place the staffs some of them is Ok but some of them very rude there’s not 24 hours reception I been there twice

Lidt svært et finde når du ankommer med bil. Kør til Ludwigstrasse 3 og parker i p-huset og derfra er der direkte adgang til hotellet.

Unterkunft i.o. ist ein Garni Hotel, das kann ruhig hier beschrieben stehen, denn der Service ist nicht überragend. Am Sonntagmorgen war eine Servicekraft anwesend, sie hatte Dias Frühstück zu betreuen, Abräumen und nachlegen und gleichzeitig den Checkout zu machen. Das führte an der einen und der anderen Stelle zu unschönen Wartezeiten. Das ist sehr schade gewesen.

Ins kalte Wasser gesprungen…
Reichhaltiges und frisches Frühstück, sauberkeit im gesamten Haus, geräumiges Zimmer & Bad. Leider kein warmes Wasser, wenn etwas kommt dauert es ewig und hält nur für weniger als eine Minute. Steinzeit-Wlan und Einrichtung/Komfort lassen viele Wünsche offen.

In corona-Zeiten wirkt das Hotel verlassen. Es waren kaum Leute da, nach 21:00 Uhr war die Rezeption unbesetzt und man bekam kein Getränk o.ä., Frühstück war o.k., Parken kostenlos

Der kommunikeres alene på tysk !
Velkomsten i receptionen var ikke venlig eller imødekommende. Det blev kraftigt understreget fra receptionistens side, at det alene kommunikeres på tysk ! Engelsk var ikke muligt, men vi klarede os med vores skole tysk. Det var ikke så meget dette, men måden det blev sagt på.

I stayed at this hotel because all the hotels in Frankfurt offered triple the price due to a big exhibition. It only takes half an hour to the exhibition by train (if train come punctually). The room was very large and clean, and the town of Butzbach was very pretty. I would definitely come back, though I feel that the narrow variety of food in the breakfast needs improvement.
