I've seen some people leave bad reviews, must be Americans. Place is great, staff is super helpful.

Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile
We were very please with our stay at the Hyatt. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and we really enjoy having a glass of champagne and food at the Windo Sky bar on the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again.
