"When we first arrived the front desk told us we only booked one night when we paid for two nights. We did not get the room we booked even though we were told it’s the quiet season. The room we did received was not cleaned well, there was water left over in the kettle and used half packet of sugar sitting beside the kettle. Nothing was replenished after the room was cleaned the next day. The soap and shampoo dispenser didn’t work, fortunately I always bring my own. No breakfast buffet...

"This was a lovely hotel. Bit of a hill to get to it and between a 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurants. 10-20 minute walk to beach, depending on which one you went to. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean. There is no food on premises after breakfast. Pool snacks would be good. Bar open until around 8pm. I think later would of been better. You can get take aways to be delivered to the hotel though. We had pizza a couple of times and it was lovely. They order that in for you. Overall was lovely, nice pool area too."

"On arrival, we were told that our room wasn’t available. However, the team had been expecting us and had already arranged accommodation for our first night at a property right next door. We didn’t ask about the circumstances, but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. Everything was explained clearly, and we were made to feel welcome despite the unexpected change. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere in a very positive way. The staff are friendly, approachable and more than happy to help with any requests, which made our stay feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and would happily stay here again. I really enjoyed the coffee at Breakfast time."
