Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil."

"The property is quaint, well-maintained, and full of charm. We had a front-facing balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views, including a glimpse of the water in the distance. The staff were amazing, very informative about the hotel amenities, and went out of their way to help whenever needed. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of options. Overall, we felt it was excellent value for the money. My only complaint relates to a booking error that I made when selecting the dates. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted Hotels.com for assistance. They reached out to the hotel to see if the reservation dates could be amended, but the hotel was unwilling to make an exception to its policy. This was disappointing because we were not trying to cancel the reservation or reduce the length of our stay; we simply wanted to shift the booking by one day. Given that it was the off-season and the hotel was not fully booked, it did not appear to be an issue of availability. Despite this, the request was denied and I had to pay the penalty."
