Certified service animals may be permitted with valid documentation, which must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a criminal offense under Tennessee law. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 non-refundable fee, and guests may be asked to vacate the property. Important Notes & House Rules • Check-In Information: Provided via email once a copy of a valid ID and signed rental agreement are received. • Security: The driveway and exterior entry points are monitored by security cameras.
