There were no direct street to access the hotel property from the main street of Route 356, it was necessary to take several short streets to the parking area of the hotel.
A very clean hotel overall. Didn’t realize you have to specifically ask to have your room cleaned (ie garbage removed, used towels removed, bed made, etc); that being said, we’re clean people and were surprised but okay with it.
This property is fine. I wouldn't rate it superior. Carpeting in hallways is not vacuumed daily. I requested daily housekeeping since we were staying a week. It wasn't done unless I went to the front desk although it was noted to be cleaned upon arrival.
I paid more than double what I had paid 3 week prior and I guess it was because there was 2 weddings. The noise was HORRIBLE until after 2AM. Went out in the morning to kegs and coolers all over. I will NOT stay there again.
The hotel itself and common areas were clean. Our room was not so clean. Long hair on the bathroom floor and tubs, dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls, sticky drink rings on the tables and unvacuumed carpets.
The lobby was cold,( had recommended to have staff not walk in front of the door to help ) they walked in front several times after the suggestion! Not comfortable to eat breakfast, or play card games while waiting for better temps outside. The pool would have been a warm place to play, it was closed for our 7 day stay. The room struggled to heat.

Due to winter storm Elliott unfortunately, it was almost -30 degrees with the wind chill. And with the automatic doors and people coming in and out it made the lobby colder. There is not much we can do when the temperature is that low and flash freezes everything including the pool door. Sorry for the inconvenience.
