"We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was a nice, peaceful place where we felt safe walking the dogs in the mornings at the beach, cooling off in the pool in the afternoons & eating out at some great restaurants such as Caps on the Water & Violas & the Black Fly. We would definitely book here again in the future! The host was very attentive to our needs & responded very quickly."

"Very nice house, and good location. We stayed here with another couple, plenty of room and space. Walk to the beach was easy and nice. Pool area very nice. It is a three story house that has good views, but be ready for the stairs. Bedrooms are great, and comfortable. Lots of little pluses and treats by the hosts. Access to publix and other shopping very easy. Enjoyed sitting on the covered top patio."

"The location was excellent! Pool, shuffle board, and tennis court right outside our sliding door! The condo had enough room for our crew of 5. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 5. The kitchen dishes all needed to be washed before using, the pull out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, the showers ran warm most of the time, the microwave broke while using it on the last night. We still enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our crew. And though the dishes needed cleaned, there was adequate kitchen ware, large refrigerator, stove worked great, and the condo itself was neat and clean!"

"This home is an excellent property. Comfy beds, plenty of room, plenty of parking and the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. 2 full size fridges as well as a smaller one out in the pool house so plenty of food storage for large groups and a good size pantry. They even had a food processor and a ninja instapot. It was just amazing the pots/pans. I mean you need to bring nothing. Plenty of TP. You don’t even need to bring beach chairs as they have plenty of them for guests use. Even beach umbrellas and a wagon to haul stuff to beach. Excellent communication from mgmt as well. The only thing that would have made it better was if it was closer to the beach access… but we all needed the exercise. We used our p/u truck to haul our chairs down to the access and then drove it back to the house. There is a Publix and a Winn Dixie within a mile of the house. There is a beach access ramp 2 blocks away if u want to take your car to the beach. There really isn’t enough space to tell u all about how great this house is. You will not regret staying at this house."

"The place is absolutely beautiful. While it is not directly on the beach, there is a path that takes you to it. It was very clean and nice. There are also 3 pools to choose from to swim in. I love that they have everything that you would need available for you. I had a mishap with check in because I didn’t receive the email with the instructions, but the host sent everything to me immediately after I contacted him. I would definitely stay here again in the future or if not this exact property another one that this host owns. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!!!!"
