Resort "Tossens". 1 km from the centre of Tossens, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Burhave, 24 km from the centre of Nordenham, 700 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, grass beach 700 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. All facilities within the park can be used (some for a fee). All holiday properties are furnished differently depending on the owner and are well equipped.
3-room semi-detached house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Gas heating. Terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Eine sehr ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit zum Schwimmbad. Die allgemeine Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Negativ: Unter den Betten waren sehr große Staubansammlungen. Da ist schon sehr lange nicht gesaugt worden. In manchen Ecken waren auch Spinnweben. Nachdem wir gesaugt haben war dann alles OK.

1. Parkplatz müßte gekennzeichnet werden. Parkplatz war fast immer durch fremde Fahrzeuge blockiert. 2. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach wäre zu empfehlen 3. Auf Terasse Sonnenschirm oder Markise empfehlenswert. 4. Für Fernseher ist empfehlenswert mehr Deutsche als Holländische Programme zu empfangen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Das haus war von der Größe auch sehr gut. Das Highlight war für uns der Kamin, den wir auch mehrfach genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus war gut ausgestattet, gerade was Kleinkinder angeht. Matratzen etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja subjektiv. Beim putzen hätten die Spinnweben in den Zimmerdecken oder auch mal der ganze Staub unterm Sofa entfernt werden können. Empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt auch mal wieder!

Das Haus war super sauber und klasse eingerichtet. Gerade für die ersten Tage war sogar Verbrauchsmaterial wie Spülmaschinen Tabs, Toilettenpapier, etc. vorhanden. Somit begann der Urlaub direkt. Auch die Abwicklung war sehr gut organisiert und der Kontakt war sympathisch und tiefen entspannt... Danke für alles.

Gerne wieder

Wir kennen Tossens und waren schon oft hier. Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder im Alter von 3 & 5 Jahren unterwegs. Insgesamt würden wir wieder buchen, jedoch nur wenn wir nicht länger als eine Woche unterwegs sind, da uns sonst einfach ein wenig Raum fehlt - besonders bei Regenwetter. Die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich!

Ein kleines feines Haus mitten im Center Park. Lage sehr gut ca 5-10 Minuten bis zur Küste. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend. Die Verwalterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit

Gute Lage

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage im Center Parcs Tossens und ist schön eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 2 heranwachsenden Kindern dort und bereits das 3× in der Anlage! Leider waren die Angaben seitens des Reiseanbieters fehlerhaft und wir durften die schöne Badelandschaft das Aqua Mundo nicht nutzen" aufgrund von CORON"A. War die dortige Antwort. Nur die Leute die direkt über Center Parcs buchen dürfen zu bestimmten Zeiten hinein! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst. Hätten wir nicht gebucht !!!

Minimalistiche Küche

Ich hatte geglaubt, dass die Küche normal ausgestattet ist. Es fehlte der Backofen. Ein Minibackofen wäre gut. Eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion kann einen Backofen nicht ersetzen. Die vorhandenen Pfannen waren überaltert und zu klein und die Kochtöpfe nicht auf einen 4-Personenhaushalt ausgelegt. Desweiteren fehlten die 2 Sonnenliegen und das WLAN war ohne Funktion. Demgegenüber war es ein schönes Haus. Relativ kurze Wege in die Ortsmitte und mit Tidenkalender sieht man auch das Meer.

Das Haus war sehr schön in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem sehr zentral...wir fanden es sehr staubig im Haus und uns hat ein Backofen gefehlt ...dies ist allerdings unser persönliches Empfinden
