The special holiday home that fulfills every wish

Live in a luxurious non-smoking holiday home, built in 2007, a so-called smart home. The building material is stone, the size of the property is 2500 m². You enter your holiday home through a small hallway/vestibule from which the guest toilet leads. In the large hallway is the staircase to the 1st floor and leads to the large living room with the open kitchen and the dining area (extendable oak dining table with space for 10 people). In the living area there is a very nice place to relax with two large lounge chairs and a small table that invites you to read and relax with a beautiful view. In the living area there is also a very large television with a sofa corner.
Adjacent to the living room is a 40 m² terrace, which is protected by a glass roof and offers a nice transition between the living area and the garden.
The terrace is illuminated by LED lights and when the sun is shining, you can extend two awnings and enjoy the shade. In the evening you can sit on the terrace in a sheltered place for longer and let the day come to an end. When the weather is good you can have breakfast there and have a barbecue in the evening.
On the first floor there are the bedrooms and the bathroom with an adjoining sauna and shower as well as a double sink and bathtub. Two children's rooms are also available. The attic was expanded in March 2019 and two people can sleep here right next to the window with a beautiful view. The bedroom, which is equipped with a very large closet, has a balcony with a fantastic view of the beautiful garden and its lighting.
