There are no stairs, there is a 1m x 1m shower with rain shower and throughout the house is a floor heating installed. The house is therefore completely drained. The beds are 100cm x 200cm and 180cm x 200cm tall. Non-smoking house with Internet (W-Lan), dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, large sofa and fully fenced with a Stabmattenzaun, 430m ² large property. On the terrace are a barbecue and seating, here may also be smoked. Duvet covers and towels can be booked for a fee or brought by the guests themselves. In 2017 renovated and modernized bungalow in the Aida holiday park in the North Sea resort Tossens. With approx. 60 m² of living space, this lovingly and modernly furnished holiday home with a completely new interior offers a feel-good atmosphere that accommodates 4 people. At the end of a cul-de-sac, but just in front of the dike, you will find a 430 m² garden with plenty of space for playing, barbecuing and relaxing. The continuous floor heating under very beautiful wooden tiles warms the entire house. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, there is also a 47-inch TV in the living area and Internet in the house. A special highlight is the bathroom with a large shower. To the garden there is a 20 sqm large terrace from the living room accessible. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass mitgebrachte Vierbeiner nicht ausbüxen können. Die Lage des Grundstückes ist super. Direkt am Deich. Wenn jedoch die Unterbringung stimmt, fällt dies direkt leichter. Genau das war hier der Fall. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, wo alles vor Ort ist, was das Herz begehrt. Auch der große Garten lädt Kinder und Tiere zum rennen ein. Bad ist neu, Küche und Einrichtung ebenso. Selbst in den Betten konnte man hervorragend schlafen. Für den Hund gab es einen großen eingezäunten Garten. Lob an den Vermieter. Ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Häuschen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist neu und mit der verglasten Dusche sehr komfortabel. Hinzu kommt, dass es im ganzen Haus Fußbodenheizung sowie Heizkörper gibt, die es auch in der kalten Zeit Ende Januar schön warm machen. Es gibt in allen Zimmern genügend Stauraum. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Nicht zu vergessen ist der große und eingezäunte Garten. Unsere Kinder fanden super, dass sie abends einen Film über Netflix schauen durften. Das haben wir nämlich nicht Zuhause. Herr Frelock ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Marion R.
