The Space:

Designed with a relaxed coastal aesthetic, this modern double-storey home offers bright, welcoming interiors that make it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive. Soft natural light, neutral tones, and generous open spaces create a calm setting for family holidays, weekends with friends, or extended stays in Dunsborough.



At the heart of the home, the open-plan living area invites everyone to gather, whether you're enjoying a movie on the comfortable lounge or opening the doors to let the fresh coastal breeze flow through. Beside the living space, the dining table provides the perfect place for shared meals, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a large island that makes preparing everything from breakfast to dinner effortless.



Step outside to the private alfresco, where outdoor dining and a BBQ encourage long lunches and relaxed evenings surrounded by landscaped gardens. After a day exploring nearby beaches or local wineries, it's an inviting place to unwind with family and friends. A dedicated workspace also provides a quiet corner for those needing to work remotely during their stay.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Two other bedrooms offer a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom includes two single beds. The main bathroom includes both a spacious shower and a freestanding soaking bath for added comfort, while a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds everyday convenience throughout your stay. With off-street parking and easy access to beaches, the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, cafés, and boutique shops, the home is perfectly positioned for a relaxed South West escape.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the spacious outdoor entertaining area and secure garage parking.



The Neighborhood:

Set in quiet Dunsborough Lakes, the home is moments from Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, with its 18-hole course, driving range, and Lakeside Cafe, Bar & Bistro. Drive five minutes to Dunsborough’s town centre for Blue Manna Bistro, Yarri, Occy’s, The Pourhouse, cafés, boutiques, and the foreshore. Spend easy beach days at Dunsborough Beach or Geographe Bay, then venture to Meelup, Eagle Bay, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, Ngilgi Cave, or Yallingup’s surf breaks. Wineries, breweries, coastal walks, and local producers across the Margaret River Region are all within easy reach.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
