The Space:

Inside, the living area invites you to settle in with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace for cosy evenings after a day by the coast.
The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, generous bench space and a large island with bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay. Gather around the dining table for eight indoors, or step outside to the covered patio, where a BBQ, alfresco dining setting and outdoor lounge create the perfect space for alfresco meals overlooking the fully fenced backyard. There's plenty of room for children and pets to play, while the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.
At the end of each day, retreat to the primary bedroom, where a king bed and private ensuite offer a quiet space to relax and recharge. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, provide inviting accommodation for family or friends, while the fourth bedroom with two single beds, books and toys offers a fun escape for younger guests. A spacious main bathroom with a separate bath and shower makes it easy for everyone to refresh after a long day out.

Located in the peaceful coastal community of Quindalup, this home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Geographe Bay and the Margaret River region. The calm waters of Geographe Bay are just a short walk away, offering an ideal spot for swimming, paddleboarding and snorkelling. A short drive north, Meelup Regional Park invites you to discover sheltered bays, scenic walking trails and native bushland, perfect for a leisurely day by the coast. Continue to Point Picquet, a favourite lookout for crystal-clear waters and seasonal whale watching, where humpback whales can often be spotted passing through the bay between June and November. Back in nearby Dunsborough town centre, you'll find boutique shopping, artisan bakeries, cafés, breweries and a vibrant selection of restaurants to enjoy after a day exploring the coastline.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for making the most of your stay, with Dunsborough town centre just a five-minute drive away and the region's wineries, beaches and natural attractions all within easy reach. Free on-site parking is available, while local walking and cycling paths make it easy to explore the nearby coastline.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
