The chef’s kitchen features a stone island bench, butler’s pantry, gas cooktop, and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine. Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for families or groups. The master includes a private ensuite and direct backyard access. Enjoy a second living room for quiet time or kids’ movies, plus a full laundry and fenced backyard.
