With direct beach access through the peppermint trees and views of the ocean from multiple rooms, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property is ideal for extended families or groups of friends looking to unwind and reconnect by the sea. Upstairs, you’ll find the heart of the home – a light-filled open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a generous deck with filtered views to the bay through the treetops. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, entertain guests, or simply enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the breeze move through the trees. The comfortable lounge area provides the perfect space to gather after a day exploring the coast, with reverse cycle air conditioning keeping things comfortable year-round. The upstairs master bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a beautifully renovated ensuite complete with a large soaking bath, separate shower, and toilet – all designed to take in the tranquil views through the trees to the ocean beyond. Two additional upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a shower and toilet.
