The Space:

Amila combines striking contemporary architecture with warm natural finishes to create a calm and welcoming retreat. Flooded with natural light, the open-plan living spaces invite easy connection, whether gathered around the dining table, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or unwinding beside the gas fireplace after a day exploring the South West. At the heart of the home, the designer kitchen blends style and functionality with premium appliances, generous preparation space and thoughtful inclusions such as an espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and cooking essentials. The adjoining dining and living areas flow effortlessly outdoors, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and alfresco living.



Large sliding doors open to the covered patio and landscaped gardens, where outdoor dining, a BBQ and a fully fenced backyard encourage long afternoons spent enjoying Dunsborough's relaxed coastal lifestyle. The private outdoor spaces offer a peaceful setting to gather, unwind and enjoy the fresh sea air.



Four beautifully appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups, with quality cotton linens, ample storage and a calming palette throughout. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The main bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.



Thoughtful additions include a dedicated workspace, central heating, air conditioning, laundry facilities, a crib and high chair, and driveway parking. Please note that the garage is not available for use.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except the garage. Please make yourselves at home! (Be sure to include details on any shared spaces here)



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful pocket of Dunsborough, Amila places the best of the South West within easy reach. Spend mornings walking or running along the foreshore, swimming at the calm waters of Geographe Bay, or enjoying breakfast at local favourites such as Merchant & Maker and Bungalow Neighbourhood Social. The vibrant town centre offers boutique shopping, restaurants, wine bars and artisan food stores, while the wider Margaret River region invites exploration with acclaimed wineries, breweries and coastal attractions. Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay and Cape Naturaliste are all within easy driving distance, making it easy to experience the area's renowned beaches and natural beauty.



Getting Around:

Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
