The pool area is very nice with lots of palm trees and birds. Two pools, one for kiddies. The property is well kept and although only 15 minutes from the airport, it doesn't feel like an airport hotel. There is an airport shuttle and a full delicious buffet breakfast is included. There is a hotel restaurant, but if you want to go out, there are several restaurants at the mall a few minutes walk from the hotel. All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if ever back in San Jose. I reserved it.. why bother to offer room types if you don’t honour them? The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. The springs were poking into our backs and the mattress was so worn out it was awful. It’s ok for a quick stay but I wouldn’t return for more than one night.
