Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with but it seems impossible to get anyone to come fix things. Plenty of towels and some toiletry items too. We enjoyed our stay even with the minor issues. The home was smaller than it looked in the pictures. A few quirks were the shower heads and the hot water does not last long. We also had trouble figuring out the washer but Victor helped us out with that. It is a very tiny washer and dryer though. It also was extremely hot and humid and only one bedroom had a air conditioner and not a fan in every bedroom. The basement bedroom is not accessible from the inside of the house you have to go around the side. We did not use it it was very musty and not very welcoming. There is 6 fobs to get into the amenities and we had 8 people so that was a problem. But Victor was willing to try and help us out with that. If you like deer they are literally everywhere. It was pretty cool just seeing them all over the place. Just be careful driving. Overall we had a good time and made the few quicks work. Owners are very responsive and helpful and answer right away which is amazing. House has great perks such as a hot tub and sauna which is exactly what we were looking for. House is very comfortable. View from living room and spacious deck is amazing and peaceful. Hot tub was delightful. Host was proactive in getting us set up and answered all questions very quickly. Went with the family which age ranged from 73-3 years old and everyone enjoyed this beautiful house! Great location to access the Poconos and not far from NYC (less than 2 hour drive).
