Plenty of room to gather and yet have our own spaces. Host communication was exceptional. Having kitchen cookware in excellent condition and loads of hangers in the bedroom closets are indeed rarities with VRBO rentals, and this home excelled in those areas. Small touches, but really appreciated. We would highly recommend a visit to the Frank Frazetta Art Museum, even if you are not familiar with his work, and the Sango Kura Sake Distillery and Restaurant. This unit easily sleeps 8 and provides enough kitchen items for the same. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms, a loft (with two twin beds) and another full bathroom upstairs. The deck is nice and the grill is very convenient - easy to use. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer/dryer combo unit that cleans and dries well. Hot water seemed to be instantly available. The property is surrounded by trees. Neighborhood is quiet and provides for great exercise hiking the streets. Access to the neighborhood was easier than I expected - just needed to provide the address and show my ID (host had added me to a Visitor list). The host communicated with us prior to and throughout the stay. We highly recommend the Hopskip Retro Chalet for a short or an extended stay. ##### Kirk R. Charming property with the best hosts! It was so easy to communicate with Graham and Krista throughout our stay. Loved that everything was labeled in the house.
