"The location is amazing! yet the place is not clean or usable. The lenins were not clean. The towels were excessively washed with chlorine which could cause skin irritation. We had a long check in process due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to assign a room that is completely different than that we booked. English language is an issue with everyone in Turkey i guess. I had a call with the owner so we get the room we booked. Yet the room was not clean. "

"The parking lot is small, but the staff was helpful. I had to park on a nearby street the first night, but Bursa seems like a safe city. Dinner is a fixed menu of soup, salad, main course, dessert and soft drinks. Everything was delicious, the staff helpful, the restaurant has a view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. A cap is mandatory in the pool, if you don't have your own, you have to buy one for €1."

"We expected a beautiful spa like boutique experience and we were disappointed. The place sure is beautiful and the room looked amazing but there were some red flags. The spa was closed. Staff was not really helpful. The bathroom had a strange smell. The place is far from the main Bursa attractions so you will need a car. The parking is compacted, don't park in the municipal park but I side the courtyard. The breakftwas actually quite good. The interior pool is heated and was open and was quite lovely. In the end, a beautiful facility that is neglected with poor management."
