"We originally booked a room at Cap Sante Inn on m through Expedia. However, when we got there cops were called shortly after. The property manager, very graciously moved us to the Salish Inn down the street. When we got to our room at Salish In , we found that it was not clean and the bed was unmade. When we asked for a different room that had been cleaned, the property manager at Cap Sante threatened to call the police on us, and we were kicked out. Please beware of both the Cap Sante Inn and the Salish Inn. We wish we had had a better experience; we were just trying to find a clean and safe room for the night. We ended up staying at the Majestic Inn and they were very gracious and able to accommodate us last minute."

"The room was clean and it was located in a convenient location with easy access to Deception Pass/Anacortes, Oak Harnor downtown & Coupeville and other southern towns. It is on the main street with a big wind mill, giving a Dutch country side feeling. It is run by a family, staff were courteous, The simple English breakfast spread was very helpful."

It was also very convenient and walkable to the little village of Lopez. The room was simple but furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable."
