Cute and walkable to restaurants.
Zero soundproofing, incompatible desk and chair, lumpy pillows, inadequate clothing storage, tricky heat and cooling. No people on site, no amenities. Large room.

As soon as I walk in, I realize I can eat off this floor right now. That's how clean this place is. And I was like, d*** this place. This place smells so good. Holy man, look how bougie this place is man. All the lights have dimmer switches. The view is amazing Love the hot tub, but the black flies were brutal. They'll get you.\n But had a wonderful stay and will be back. The black won't bother you after Like 9 or 10 o'clock. And iwas like damn look at the shower head that's crazy.

"This is an outstanding bed and breakfast with a friendly and helpful host. Proximal to Burntcoat Park for experiencing the Bay at low tide. And you are able to watch the tidal bore from the deck of the BNB. The breakfast was great too! I highly recommend."
