"I was fully satisfied with our stay at this hotel. It has a perfect location and is very convenient. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few things that could be improved. Some of the meat dishes were too spicy for children, so my son couldn’t eat them. It would be nice to have some milder options for kids. I also often found long hairs on the towels, which was unpleasant. Another small issue was with the wet napkins provided for cleaning the screen and removing makeup. During our 6-night stay, they were provided only twice. On one day, we received 1 napkin for the screen and 1 for makeup removal. On another day, we received 1 for the screen and 2 for makeup removal. Since our reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child for 6 nights, it would be better to provide an appropriate quantity for all guests throughout the entire stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the hotel. These are only small things, but improving them would make the experience even better."

The staff members received us and showed us around and had explained how to get around for eating, shopping and traveling. Kudos to Anna and her lovely family.
