"The inn was clean and staff was nice. The building is old and creaky so if you’re looking for quiet with little sound coming in this is not the best option. The room had no tv so although the room was clean it had no amenities to offer inside the room. I definitely would stay here again if I had to but I would look for a different option first. I also thought it was a little expensive for a quaint place. For the price I paid most hotels offer a pool , gym, spa . Game room etc."

"Patrick was a great host! He was easy to communicate with, and all directions were easy to understand. The amenities provided suited us perfectly! The location is conveniently located to Charlestown beaches and Port Judith for fun and relaxation.It all led to a great little getaway to relax before dropping our youngest off at URI."

"Th property and location were great. We want to stay again next year. However we had to contact the host for check in instructions the day before arriving. We are usually contacted 48 hours before check in with check in information. The host did not respond to two inquiries I sent regarding extending our stay."

"I absolutely loved this cottage. It was clean, plenty of amenities and stocked with what you might need plus a few extras. It was bright and spacious. Parking was easy. The deck was so peaceful and quiet. Perfect get away. I wished it had closer access to the beach but it wasn’t really an issue, we went to different beaches everyday we were there. Beds were comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided as well as beach towels. I stayed in beach cottages in the area since I was a kid and this one didn’t disappoint.If you’re not familiar with RI you should know that salt marshes smell like salt marshes. They’re not overwhelming, but you might notice it once in a while. Water that close to the ocean and salt water marshes are going to be filled with minerals. The cottage provided a water dispenser which was nice for drinking."
