"We loved our 3 night stay at The Mondrian over the Easter period. The staff were very attentive in all the areas. The rooms were impeccably designed and comfortable. We loved our Suite and housekeeping did an excellent job. Both Haven and Lito Restaurant were fabulous. Arthur looked after us so well at Lito. We will definitely come back again soon! "

"The apartment complex is in a wonderful location. The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed and extremely spacious. When the light rail is completed this will be a fantastic place to explore the entire Goldie. We stayed for.a special birthday weekend. I thought I'd splash out and book the executive level. As our flights were late, the reception was closed when we arrived. They have a lock box, which is easy to use. Our issue was the executive level starts at level 5. This is not pictured in the photos, which show ocean views from every window. Instead, we looked straight into mega construction, which also started cluncking away at 6am, The complex did send us a message to let us know there was some construction, the day after we booked. I spoke with reception about the disappointment the next morning. They were indifferent. It's. nice place in a great location and there are soooo many other options if you're looking for peace and views. "

"Great location, walk to a world-class beach, restaurants and grocery stores. 50cent bus to Pac Fair, and 50cent tram to the glitter strip. Friendly staff, free underground parking, clean rooms and a pool area with hot-tub."

"Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain."

"The kitchen/wash area was great- all the basics for cooking, large fridge, easy to get around. Pool and gym were great. Check in/check out is a trap- they don’t utilise the listed on site reception. Keys (1set only) have to be collected a km away which was quite inconvenient. Even though it’s listed on hotels.com, there is no servicing of the-room during the stay. This is actually a personal rental, not a hotel with associated expectations of you vacuuming before leaving. Be sure to ask questions before booking. "
