Everything is new. The owners did a fantastic job in renovation. The tile work put into the house is exceptional. The kitchen was complete with all the tools for cooking. The appliances were top notch. Lighting throughout the house was great. There is was Washer/Dryer with some soap available. It was very welcoming with some fresh fruit, coffee, meat, cheese, bread, etc. There was WIFI available and a Big Screen TV in the Living Room. A lot of attention to detail went into this house. It was a lovely, lovely home and very welcoming!!!I was there for work in the City, so the commute was more that I cared for. There is a driveway for one car. A second car needs to park on the street. Gaining entrance to the house from the driveway was around the back unless you had the garage door opener. The second bedroom is on the third floor and the second bath is on the second, so you has to traverse the creaky stairs if you needed to go in the middle of the night. They put in automatic night lights in the stairwell which was really nice.This house is ideally suited for couple or a family vacationing. I would seriously consider it for a Longer Term business stay. It has all the amenities and is close to a train station (I did not use) to make sightseeing excursions. I wish I had taken photos of the Kitchen, Bathrooms and all the tile work! The attention to detail is very impressive.
