About this property
Holiday Apartment '6 & 7' with Open Terrace and Wi-Fi
This approximately 260 m² accommodation in Seminarhaus Punkt XII e.V. – consisting of apartments 6 and 7 – is ideal for larger groups, families, or teams. With five bedrooms and up to twelve beds, it offers plenty of space for you to arrive and feel at home. A private balcony, a terrace with garden, and a gas grill invite you to relax outdoors. The layout allows both privacy and communal gatherings – indoors and outdoors.
On the lower level (apartment 7), you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size and a single bed as a walk-through room, and one with a king-size bed. Both have access to the terrace. On the upper level (apartment 6), there are three more bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, one with a king-size and a single bed, and one with two single beds. The walk-through room is currently not separated from the hallway.
The kitchen in apartment 6 is well equipped for self-catering and leads directly into a spacious communal room with dining table and access to the balcony. Optionally, you can use the house's professional kitchen – especially practical for groups and available for an extra fee. Breakfast is also available on request and for an additional charge.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub (apartment 6) and a separate WC (apartment 7) are at your disposal. Fresh towels are included. You have exclusive access to all areas – including the balcony, terrace, kitchen, and garden.
The house is quietly located in Oberrimbach, right on the edge of the Steigerwald. Numerous trails invite you to go hiking, cycling, or horseback riding. Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached via the nearby A3 in under an hour.
There is a horse stable with four horses on the property. By arrangement, you can bring your own horse; courses for children and adults are also possible.

Nette Unterkunft für Gruppen, Bilder leider irreführend
Wir haben mit einer Gruppe ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Manfred im Vorfeld lief super, die Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls und dank bereits geschürtem Ofen war es angenehm warm trotz Herbstwetter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut spazieren gehen.
Leider war die Beschreibung, als wir gebucht haben, nicht ganz so ausführlich, sie wurde wohl zwischenzeitlich etwas vervollständigt, bitte genau durchlesen.
Die Großküche und das Zimmer mit Flügel sind nicht in der Buchung enthalten und müssen extra dazugebucht werden. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, in einem hat allerdings die Dusche nicht funktioniert. Mit 11 Personen haben wir uns gut auf die Räume verteilen können, die Küche ist jedoch etwas schmal und nicht so gut ausgestattet, sodass man ggf. ausgefallenere Utensilien mitbringen sollte (das wurde uns aber davor mitgeteilt). An der Sauberkeit könnte noch nachgebessert werden :)
Inmitten schöner Landschaft gelegener Ferienkomplex mit spirituellem Touch
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Manfred und haben die Ferienwohnungen gut genutzt. Manfred war total offen, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. An der ein oder anderen Stelle können die Wohnungen vielleicht etwas aufgebessert und repariert werden, aber alles in allem war es für unseren Zweck mit mehreren Freunde-Familien gut nutzbar.
