"We were quite annoyed that we were expected to input our own passport information on the hotel provided ipads while the reception staff stood by waiting, every hotel I have been to, that is one of their jobs.
They also pushed their paid underground car park telling us that we would receive a €40 parking notice for parking outside the hotel, that didn’t frighten us as they wouldn’t get our details from our UK registered car."

"The room was lovely and cosy. Very powerful shower! The hotel is in an excellent location for public transport. 2 minute walk to the train station and you are in Innsbruck main town centre in 6 minutes! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future. "

"The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices.
On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite."

"This was not the apartment in the pictures and not the one that we thought we were renting. The apartment was not a studio and it definitely was not updated. It was an outdated 1 bedroom apartment with too many issues to list in one review. Some of the issues included broken tiles in the bathroom floor that stabbed you in the foot, scuffed walls with holes in them, paint peeling off the baseboards and the old furniture, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We tried to contact the owner multiple times to be moved to the correct apartment, but they never responded to our messages. "

"I'd like to point out that the room was clean and spacious (there were four of us).
The breakfast was delicious, and they could make you an omelet or scrambled eggs upon request. Parking was also easy. But I especially want to point out that the hotel owners managed to create a truly homey atmosphere, and when I returned to my room, I felt like I was "coming home"! And for that, I'm especially grateful! If I have the opportunity, I'd happily return to this hotel.Our vacation in "
