We had a really nice stay at Cozy. The location is quite good and parking was plentiful. The property is lovely, and we enjoyed a nice outside fire and sitting out on the deck. We encountered a couple issues whilst there and our hosts were available to help. Watkins Glen is minutes away, and there are so many wineries and breweries under a 20 minutes drive.

We could not have found more of a perfect place for our crew to enjoy the wineries on Lake Seneca. This amazing place had everything we needed and a view of the lake in the morning with coffee to top everything off. Everything was perfect, the host was accessible if we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed the back porch all hours of the day. Thank you for everything, I can confidently say we'll be back!

The house and property are beautiful. It sits next to a vineyard and has distant views of Lake Seneca. We loved hanging out on the large back porch. The hosts provided everything we needed plus extras like homemade banana bread and fresh flowers. It was very welcoming. Our party of 7 had lots of space. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for wineries and breweries and about 15 minutes to Watkins Glen.
