The staff is accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had the Jr Suite which was spacious. The hotel is very central which was great for us to explore the city and comp breakfast was nice to start our day. The only slight drawback is the bathroom light is too dim, the TV had no apps for Netflix or international channels, so only had local stations, and the shower drainage was slow which caused overflow onto the floor. Its a small issue resolved with a few towels. The room decoration, carpet, bathroom, etc. were a little outdated and needed to be renewed. The lobby needs air conditioned as it was really hot when we were there in May. The breakfast was average. Hotel was ok, room floor was dirty and water from shower flowed towards the toilet due to the shower drain being higher. They changed me to a new room which was fine but soon noticed the floor and desk was still dirty but was at the front of the hotel so fairly noisy from beeping traffic. Quite a bit of hair about. I’ve never complained before but clearly the floor hadn’t been mopped when I could clean it in seconds with water in tissue.
