First stay in Indonesia
"Most wonderful staff I have ever experienced!! They certainly take customer service and feeling welcome to a whole new level. I look forward to staying here again in the fall when my services in Indonesia will be needed again."

"All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. The breakfast on site is in a nice location with the option to eat outside and again the staff very attentive. Finally the Miami Cafe again a nice location however the menu needs to change daily for a long term stay the options get repetative and force you consider meal options. There are few options outside due to the remote location of the property. I must add all staff here are excellent and made a difference to my stay. Thank you"
