To be honest, I really didn’t see the staff. Everything was fully automated. Got my key card by myself. The whole check in process was speedy. I couldn’t complain at all. I stayed for one night, so there were no issues.

The hotel was amazing to stay at it has everything onsite we really didn’t have to leave the resort and I really enjoyed that part however when we got to our the sheets were unclean and there was a lot of dust everywhere like the room was not clean before check in the staff was helpful and changed everything upon request apart from that everything else was great.
