The Driftwood House: Modern 3-Bedroom Home near Back Beach, South Bunbury

A light, modern home in South Bunbury, styled in white and natural timber, a few minutes` drive from Back Beach, Hungry Hollow and the Dolphin Discovery Centre.

Inside
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the centre of the house. The kitchen has an island bench with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, and the table seats six. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV, with air conditioning and heating for summer and winter.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Bedroom 1: king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite with shower
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, built-in robe
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, built-in robe
The main bedroom has its own ensuite with a shower, and the main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, which is handy after a day at the beach.

Outside
A covered patio with outdoor dining and a barbecue opens from the living area onto the backyard. It is the easy spot for breakfast, or for dinner once the sea breeze drops.

The area
South Bunbury is a quiet residential area close to the coast. Back Beach and Hungry Hollow are a few minutes` drive for a swim, a walk or the sunset. The Dolphin Discovery Centre on Koombana Bay and the cafés of central Bunbury are a short drive, and Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River make easy day trips.

Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around Bunbury. Uber operates in town for nights out.

- Parking: Double lock-up garage for two cars. There is no driveway or street parking.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- Up to 6 guests. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- No pets, sorry. Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
