For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated. There is outdoor furniture and also front porch with furniture to relax outside. It's designed solely to measure and monitor noise levels within the property. Your privacy is very important, and we only use this device for checking noise. No Parties No Leavers No Smoking including outside the front of property Pets are welcome, they must be cleaned up after including fur or fees will apply. Please note regarding the bins: the red bin is for household waste, and the yellow bin is for recycling. Additional note: \- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay.
