>Insurance needed for watercraft, and use of launch ramp. You must contact me first, and I will explain the necessary changes you need to make to your insurance policy

>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation. Signed document required before occupancy, per condominium rules.
>Must be 21 years old to book, unless preauthorized with possible refundable deposit
>No smoking inside- $500 fine
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)

CAMERAS
>Doorbell Camera

*In place for safety, security, and liability reasons. Will be fined if tampered with or covered

PETS
>$25 fine if pets are not picked up after in the common area
>Keep pets off furniture and beds otherwise additional cleaning charges will be charged if professional cleaning is needed to remedy imbedded fur
