Perfect for Large Families

This house made our vacation absolutely perfect. Everything was as described, worked well, very easy check in, and accommodating host. We will definitely stay here again.

Riverside Mansion with boat dock

Celebrated my wife's 50th at the house with family. Beautiful house with very comfortable rooms. River was too low for boating, but we had a great time anyway.

Everything was great. The house had amazing views. House waa really nice and had everything we needed and more. We were able to launch our boat from a private dock. Host and property managers were very courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Great stay. Great communication. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy which made for a good nights sleep. Inside of home was immaculate. Brbq worked great with plenty of room for the family to hang out. Will definitely rent again.

The host and house were both excellent! Communication was great and fast responses. House was exactly as it shows in the pictures but better. Very well equipped and clean. Sitting in the back with the views were amazing. Stores were very close which was very convenient. Next time we go back to Arizona we will definitely try to stay here again!

River fun

We had a wonderful stay here with our group of 14. The house was huge and accommodated all of us and more. The adults and kids had so much fun. Check in was made easy with the welcoming property management. Will definitely be back.

The location of the property, right on the river, couldn't be beat, and it's a beautiful house. The patio and stairs down to the dock were awesome, great for lounging and eating. The kitchen (we cooked our own meals), dining room, living room were all very nice and clean, beds were comfy. Our only complaint was that we expected the 4 bathrooms to be convenient to the bedrooms. While the two master bedrooms with ensuite baths were great, we found the other 3 bedrooms were meant to share one bathroom off the upstairs hall with a shower only children could comfortably fit in. Our adults in those bedrooms (no kids in our group) borrowed the showers in the ensuite master bedrooms, instead. The 4th bathroom was a half bath off the entry hall with no shower.

Spacious house in beautiful riverside setting. We stayed here a few weeks in May, the house layout is ideal for a family or group of friends. The kitchen and laundry room are well equipped and there are plenty of options for dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable (although I did suggest replacing some sheets as they were a little bobbly). The bathrooms are all great except one which is very small but functional nevertheless. The highlight was the terrace, overlooking the river and the hills in the background. It was so peaceful and we loved watching the sunset every night. The wildlife was an unexpected treat, with birds and turtles and fish, we even got regular visits from a couple of otters by the dock! There was an issue with the AC and electrics during our stay but the managing agents and owner were very responsive and got it fixed really quickly (although I’m not sure the AC in the downstairs bedroom returned to full function so worth checking on that if you plan to come in the hot months). The neighbourhood is pretty, quiet and safe, and close to all the essential amenities. Beautiful spot.
