Explore the scenic trails, play on the Colorado River or pop over to Laughlin for a night on the town...this is the place for you (and your furry friend:) 2-story home w/plenty of parking for cars, boat or RV in a gated community. Comfortable space sleep 8 (3 queen+1 full size), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, patio dining with BBQ. Minutes away from Colorado River, Secret Pass trails and historic Oatman AZ.
The space:
Upon entering you will find a comfortable living room with a full size sleeper sofa, open dining room and full kitchen. Downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, tv, large closet and detached full bath. 2 additional bedrooms located upstairs with queen beds, ample closet space and detached full bath. Out the back door you can take in the spectacular views while enjoying outdoor seating, dining and BBQ. RV, boat and car parking is located along the side of the house behind a security gate.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, parking as well as front/back patio areas.
Guests will be restricted from using/accessing the detached garage.
